Turner will likely stay with Arsenal as their #2. Pulisic is out, seems dead set on Milan as he rejected Lyon. Richards should stay at Palace. Weston is back with Juve temporarily - if he stays he could be fighting for minutes with Weah which is not ideal for the NT. Balogun is linked to 4-5 different sides. No idea where he ends up.
But all of them are also linked to teams outside the PL as well and youre right, most of those moves outside the PL are better opportunities and most are in CL.
