Discontinued/Unavailable Foods that you miss

After visiting family and heading back to Dallas, we would always stop at Prejean's in Carencro for lunch. I would always order the same thing, Catfish Grand Chenier. It was a catfish filet, attached together to form a circle, then battered and deep fried. It was plated with seafood dressing in the middle of it, and all of it topped with crawfish etouffee. I loved it. Then on a visit, it wasn't on the menu anymore, and I was told the chef left and took his recipes with him. They tried to recreate it, but it paled in comparison to the original. It was a sad day.
