Ok. So, there is a link in that article that l
eads to another article that lists average team age from 2018 to 2012. Saints average age in 2012: 26.5. Youngest (Browns) 25.0, middle of the pack 25.9 (Colts), oldest 27.1 (Bucs, so probably will be a bit lower in 2023 sans Brady).
I don't see a winning-team | age correlation on that table, and I don't think the age average difference is that significant.
And we don't know what the 2023 roster is going to look like. Surely Cam and DeMario will be a year older, but the Saints shaved 4 years off by switching from Dalton (born 1987) to Carr (born 1991).
