The personnel didn’t exist to take chances. WR depth was empty for most of the year with MT and Landry missing most games, and Shaheed not seeing action til midseason. Dalton had limitations as a QB. Winston possessed more talent, but not consistent in the coaches eyes to remain the starting QB.

We win the two Carolina games, two TB games and SF game in ‘22 if we had a QB like Carr who could lead TD drives on most possessions from the very start of the game to end.
