Age only should be a concern if those older players are holding back younger talent or screwing the team in the salary cap.

We are currently the division favorites so shouldn't be afraid of signing FA's short term to be the "missing piece" even if they're up there in age.

Full rebuild may happen in the next couple years hinging on what happens with the career trajectories of our "middle aged" players like Carr, Kamara, and MT, but at this point we're still constructing a roster to win in the postseason.
