No doubt. It went from people around here predicting jail time with absolute certainty to a straight up breach pf peace. Lol what? I've never even heard of a breach of peace. Sounds like a fancy way of saying, "Disturbing the peace". When I think about disturbing the peace, I think of someone playing their music too loud or partying too hard. Just doing something minor to disturb what was supposed to be a peaceful situation. So to be looking at a felony rap and walking away with a breach of peace, that's some good lawyering right there.
