Surprised Cook and Hopkins have yet to sign with another team?

Honestly, I'd take Hopkins over Cooks. His concussions always bothered me. He's still good though. Hopkins worries me too because injuries have derailed him the past two years. I do see the skillset of each of them being valuable in our system.
