People were saying that here too. So I can see why people ran with it. And the police report clearly exaggerated what happened.
Relying solely on a police report in a case like this isn't a great idea. I actually think the video helped AK here. Pretty clear that most of the damage was done by the guys stomping him and probably would have made getting a conviction iffy.
Seeing the video, it's still not a great look for AK, but, hopefully this is a lesson learned and he can avoid situations like this in the future.
