Saints sign RB Lynn Bowden, WR Keke Coutee, and former Bengals 1st round OL Billy Price (edit: Price cut on 7/20, Coutee cut 8/11)

Trying to remember who the Saints cut to make room for Billy Price, ran across this. Wasn't a fan of this signing when it happened.

Would have easily taken Price over any UDFA that was 90th on the roster. I thought he would be quality depth. However, apparently he is not healthy.
