I think in Jimmy Johnson's case, the burden was having this meglamanical, egotistical, shallow butt crevasse of an owner who could never just stay out of the way, had an elitist, entitlement streak that he felt was being honored sufficiently by thinking he wasnt getting enough of the credit for building the early 90's Cowboys SB dynasty.

Some budding, potential historical sports dynasties can be upended by the stupidest, idiotic of reasons. Jerry Jones had spent literally the last 3 decades of his life as Cowboys owner trying to re-create something he once had and blew it up recklessly and carelessly due to his own arrogance.
