When you go to the "about" tab all it says in it's the US but I'm thinking that's a technicality. Like flying a national flag on cargo ships for protection purposes. Not saying it's lying.
I think it's n example of propaganda which isn't necessarily false info but with a lot of spin in it's presentation.
