Alvin Kamara suspended for 3 games

I just hope he can regain some of what he had. If we are being honest, he looked best probably when he was a rookie.
Off the top of my head, the last time I remember thinking he looked great was the Christmas night game against the Vikings in 2020. And he was strong in 2018 for sure - lost in the heartbreak over the no-call in the NFCCG was Kamara had a great receiving game that day. He also dominated the Seahawks in Teddy's first start in 2019.

But for me, the last two years he hasn't seemed like the same force. The numbers seem to bear me out, too. He had exactly 81 receptions in 2017, 18, and 19 (eerie consistency there). He had 83 in 2020. He had 47 in 2021 and 57 in 2022. His YPC rushing were: 6.1 in 2017 (a career high in YPC but also by far his fewest carries in a season), 4.6 in 2018, 4.7 in 2019, 5.0 in 2020, 3.7 in 2021, 4.0 in 2022. He did carry the ball more in 2021 and 2022, which indicates maybe he's best when not shouldering the burden of an entire rushing attack.
