Jon Gruden as replacement OC?

Won't happen. These are the reasons:

1. The reasons that Gruden left Las Vegas make him politically a tough hire. They are the reason we have not seen in a TV booth.

2. I think he would consider the position of offensive coordinator too much of a step-down given his years as head coach.

3. Gruden later this month will be turning 60. He should not need the money.

Agree with the first reason but then that reason sets the conditions for why, if he ever does get another opportunity in the NFL, and he wants back in, it will likely have to be in a reduced role.

Many coaches work past 60, often well past, and without needing the money, so I don't think his age is necessarily a factor.
