Disagree. Making an All-Decade team voted by HoF players is pretty much a guaranteed HoF if not a ST player.

He’s not a first ballot guy yet. If he wins DPOY or amasses 27 sacks in 3 years, then he will be. That number (142.5) passes LT and Strahan for 9th all time.
