Jake Haener
Both CJ Stroud and Anthony Richardson also threw awful INTs on their opening drives this week. They're rookies. It happens.
Jake came back after the INT and played well which is pretty impressive poise for a rookie. He was clutch under 2min on a drive that would have tied the game if we did a PAT. He made quick decisions and was accurate with most of his passes. When the play wasn't there or the line was breaking down he moved the pocket rather than stand still and panic.
I'm not trying to call him a Dimond in the rough or anything, but I just don't see how you look at his performance today and see it as a net negative.
