Here's an aggregate of scouting reports put together by Sigler. Some are more positive about his arm talent than others. I really think it's an overemphasized criticism of him, though. Book had a weak arm and that was on display the minute he stepped on an NFL field. Haener won't beat you with arm strength, but neither will Joe Burrow.
