His arm strength was just fine - average to above average.
His biggest issue was accuracy, and I don't know how much of that was due to obviously not being on the same page with his receivers (to be expected at this stage) vs. simply missing throws vs. trying so hard to get the ball out quickly to the point that he rushed several passes. It was probably a little of all three.
He has an uphill battle to become a starting NFL QB with his stature and low release point, but you can clearly see that he has juice and belongs in the league. TBD how it all shakes out, but he's 100% worth keeping on the roster with the new 3rd QB rule and developing for the future. Jameis is probably not on the roster next season.
