That was written by Lance Zierlein who has never been a pro scout , coach or player. I love how there are so many so-called experts putting out an opinion that don't have the resume's to back it up. Almost all the scout and Ron Curry that coached him at the senior bowl said Jake has a a very quick release, I watched him more than a few times look off the defender, so the gazes at target too long is BS. Also in every scouting report Jake was praised for his accuracy so the "Needs to be much more consistent with ball placement is wrong as well
