Tropical Storm remnants expected to hit SoCal Sunday (Update: Game will go as scheduled)

I moved here from South Louisiana a couple years ago (for context). I definitely think there's a bit of panic & sensationalism (as always). But the legitimate concern will be flooding. The infrastructure here is not engineered for this kind of weather event. With that said, I think by the time the game is over, people should have ample opportunity to get home safely. The hypothetical flooding probably won't occur until late into the night.
Yep, the flooding has the potential to be a real problem out here in So Cal. I think if I was the powers that be, I would have cancelled the game to keep those extra thousands of cars off the highways. I think the stadium will be empty. The Chargers are one of the stingiest owned teams in the league, so they probably wanted to play the game due to the gameday $ the team was looking at losing. My best guess.
