I think the concern is getting the team out of Los Angeles if there are large mudslides and flooding. I assume the stadium will nearly be empty, since I imagine many people have evacuated in advance of the storm. The Charger players will probably have a hard time focusing on the game not knowing the status of their homes, family and friends.
