Remains to be seen for both HC's. Frank Reich was a good offensive coach (winning a SB with the Eagles) but his HC tenure in Indy was hardly spectacular. In 2021 Indy was a lock to make the playoffs. All they had to do was beat the 2 win Jags. They didn't. Indy is similar to Carolina in that the ownership and front office are challenged.
