Actually, it is like that in most cities in LA, MS, AL, TN, MO and parts of FL.

I’ve spent months in CA and NV the past year and the differences in local governance and law enforcement are as big as when I travel international.

Right! I used to say more Americans need to travel abroad to get a better sense of reality when it comes to where the US ranks on different issues. I guess now we should say more Americans should leave their neighborhoods.
