Most hated teams

Fan since the early 80s. The 49ers are far and away my most hated team. When I say that the 49ers are my most hated and not the Falcons, I get a lot of strange looks. For me, I can never forget growing up and winning 10, 12 games and either being a wild card or missing the playoffs altogether in the late 80s/early 90s because we were in the same division as the 49ers. I hate that team like no other. The 2011 Divisional Playoff added to that hate. The 49er game in the Dome a couple of years ago with the Kittle catch and run added to the hate.

Yes I hate the Falcons and they are probably 4th on my hate list. But they are like gnats. They are a nuisance but have never really hurt us( Yes, I remember and was at the 1991 Wild Card Game, but if I remember correctly, pretty much our whole secondary was hurt which is not a good thing when you are playing a run and shoot offense). The 49ers have continually hurt us. The Vikings are up there from the 1987 Wild Card game, the 2000 Divisional Playoff(although at that point in the season, we were playing with house money), the 2017 Minneapolis Miracle, and the 2019 Wild Card game. The third team on the hate list is the Rams. There's the Lansford kick in 1983, Flipper Anderson torching the secondary in 1989, the Greatest Show of Turf rivalry in 2000-2001, and of course the No Call in 2018 NFC Championship Game. Those three teams have done so much more to give us heart wrenching losses that they are 1-3 on the hate list.
