What's the opinion on pimento cheese dip? Wouldn't be my choice but I keep getting shown a recipe on a keto group so it seems like something some people like?
Not my choice either, but since leaving LA for MS I notice the population here is more fascinated with it. On restaurant menus they have it boudin ball form.
