Whats on your menu for game day ?

1.5 lbs of shrimp.
stick o butter
can of rotel
can of onion soup
can of cream of mushroom
sautéed onions, peppers, celery
green onions.
2 cups of rice
1. sauté veggies in butter
2. add rotel and soups
3. add seasoned shrimp ( i like Nu Nu’s)
4. add rice
5. bake on 350 for an hour. stir after 30
I always add liquid crab boil and garlic powder also. I also put everything in a glass baking pan while mixing and while cooking.
