Regarding “couldn’t fix the run game” you’re right in that we were short handed and this was the top run defense last year. That’s why I loved the play calling after the big play to Shaheed on the last drive. The Titans stacked the line and killed Williams on first down as they knew we’d run to kill clock. PC went right back to the end around to Shaheed that worked earlier, but was negated by penalty. Great call as it got six (?) yards and loosened things up for Williams to seal the game on the next carry.
