I agree with everything you said, and might I add, this is a brave take in today’s society. To not only call out a female, but a minority at that…buddy get ready for hell fire and brimstone to be cast on you from those who oppose your take.
It shouldn't be that way though. If a mayor, regardless who they are, misbehaves or is derelict in their duties, they should be criticized. It's always been that way and should always be that way. Comes with the territory.
