We have a good team

I'm not seeing the "Good Team". Seriously, we do have good players but I haven't seen a good team. I've seen a team that needs everything to go their way in order to eek out wins. Poor coaching, and poor execution is what I've observed. But that can change. Will it? Time will tell.
