How much was Sundays offensive woes caused by the last minute Carr decision?

It’s my understanding that Carr took 1st team reps for goal line (though that was completely unnecessary based on how the game went) and then a majority of 1st team reps late in the week.

So I think it was pretty certain that Carr was starting baring a setback of some kind.
