After the top 2 QBs I have questions about the rest being NFL QBs, Daniels is his accuracy. He doesn't have to throw into tight windows because he can run. It won't be the same in the pros. I wouldn't be against drafting him, he's got the mental and attitude make up to succeed, on top of the physical tools.
I don't question his accuracy, dude drops dimes. He doesn't throw into tight windows because he doesn't have to. Forcing the ball when you don't have to would be idiotic. Judge his accuracy on the passes he makes, not the ones he doesn't make.
He's also processing the field so much faster than he was a year ago. He's also so much more composed in the pocket and under pressure. Jayden's floor is much higher than a year ago and he uses his athletic ability to extend plays for more than just running. His ceiling is so high that he could make a lot of teams regret not jumping on him.
I think Penix is the best QB in the draft. His arm gives me chills. The way that ball just explodes out his hands with a perfect spiral and insane accuracy. He will thread the needle into tight coverage and rarely misses. Penix reminds me of a left handed Dan Marino or Warren Moon. It's such a rare arm talent on a frame that is perfectly suited for the NFL. He is very athletic but rarely displays the athletic ability because his arm is just that elite. I haven't seen the arm talent with the accuracy that he displays coming out in a long time. I'm not sure his arm is as strong as Josh Allen but it is close and he is light years ahead of where Allen was as a QB.
