If Jayden Daniels declares we need to draft him.

Then you haven't been watching him play all year. He been making window throws all season.
I love Daniels and have been watching all season. He has displayed great accuracy on comebacks, hitting guys open over the middle in zone and throwing the deep ball. When he throws over the middle into zone it really isn't into tight windows. That just isn't who he is and not what the offense is designed to do. His style is to drop back, make 2 reads and extend if guys aren't open. His running ability is too good to be throwing high risk passes. His accuracy and arm strength suggests he has this ability. I do think he'll be forced to start making some of these passes down the stretch against teams like Bama. In the 2nd half against FSU he needed to try to hit passes in windows but froze and became a sack machine. That could very well be what his NFL career looks like or he could be that guy and just need some games with a coaching staff that encourages him to take more risk because in the NFL, you have to.

JD is much more in the Lamar Jackson skillset and his ability to stay healthy in the NFL is certainly a valid question. I think you have to let him run and take your chances at the next level and hope that he keeps progressing in the pocket so he can transition to becoming more passer and less runner. I'm not a fan of that style QB in the NFL but we are seeing it start to work more often than in the past.
