Corona Drinking Thread (renamed)
Started out with cast iron roasted veggies where I got the root veg nicely browned with salt and pepper. Deglazed the skillet with triple Sec and thin sliced mushroom after removing the veg. Once all that flavor was collected, added in my slurry of fresh minced ginger, soy, Aleppo pepper and lime zest. Tossed the veg back in to cost before plating.
This was paired with a house made margarita from the lime juice, triple Sec and tequila.
I followed that by making bananas foster over blue bell French vanilla ice cream.
Sipping on some brothers bond Bourbon now.
