Dennis Allen: “If we’re not executing our jobs, then we need to find somebody else to execute those jobs. It don’t matter who you are.”

Dennis Allen is a terrific talker but unfortunately I haven't seen him put much of that talk into action. He's the guy in a burning building telling you all the pros and cons of which door to take and while he's spending all his time explaining the benefits and downsides eventually the building continues to burn until eventually it collapses on him and all of us listening to him. Make a move, maybe it's the wrong move but if you stand around talking about it... we're all going to burn.
