1yr 19.6M would've been fair for Carr given the "perceived" upgrade over JW at 14M.
For all the talk about Winston not having a market....Carr didn't have one either, it was us and the Jets (who were just really trying to keep up appearances to leverage Rodgers)...and Carolina was bent on drafting a QB. We didn't even try to leverage that info. At least it looks like we didn't try to leverage that.
