I never troll the app formerly known as Twitter to find out news or what to think (that's what you guys are for). As you said, only out for themselves and clicks, etc. The word "influencer" disgusts me as does the phrase "fact checking". My brain is my "fact checker". I look for information, not for who is going to influence me.

I am admittedly not an intellectual but I still like to hear and discuss ideas. As such, the only wisdom I bring to the table is being sentient for 60 years and seeing the value of the knowledge of things that happened before I was born and the things that happened during my life. Not the how and why certainly but just being aware.
