Yeah the Vizio picture is not nearly as good as most of the top names. Their contrast rate is usually 1,000-1 compared to Sony, Samsung or LG who have them usually between 7,500-1 and 10,000-1. Just do some research.
I just got a 40' Sony Bravia LCD 1080p for $1100 at Circuit City....Love it!
