How many years did keeping Allen and signing Carr set back the team?

Does anyone still think there's any chance at all that Allen turns this around? I'd say it's less than 5 percent.

But now you're also stuck with Carr because they arrogantly thought a mod level QB would put them over the top.

Not to mention bad contracts to Davis, Jordan, Ruiz, Johnson and kicking the cap down the road.

I'd say if they do the right thing and fire everyone and start completely over, it's going to take at least two years to just take the cap hits of getting off guys like Jordan, Davis, Ram, etc.

Should have done thst this of season. Dump every high priced vet. Trade whonyou can and start your tits cultural rebuild.
FOR the ELEVENTYMILLIONTH TIME.....the Saints do not believe in tanking or rebuilding. They have shot that notion down repeatedly. We as fans may agree or disagree with that sentiment. I understand why they do not want to. But some of you keep coming on here talking about "just tank" or "lets start the rebuild"....it's just never gonna happen. Not they way some of you want it. NOW....all the expert capologists in the country are on X talking about cap ramifications and what's feasible and what's not. The Saints have a plan. They know what they are doing.
