At some point, SOME point, you have to understand that we need to move on from Allen. 18-42 doesnt happen with good coaches. You cant be 18-0, and your dumpster fire franchise and your players are 0-42. 42 out of 60 is a terribe coach. The excuses cant overcome 42 out of 60. It is what it is.

Player preparation reflects on the coach. Excusing away poor attention to detail and lack of discipline is not the right way. The head coach is responsible for all of that.

I have no earthly idea what anyone sees in Dennis Allen that he is STILL getting excuses after losing 42 of his 60 games as a head coach. It just defies, everything.

Yet many on this board say we have to throw out DA's Raider record because they were an inept franchise. Guess what? The last almost 1.5 seasons WE are inept franchise. The common denominator? Dennis Allen. He needs to fired and the sooner the better. As you said, he's not 18-0 and his players 0-42. He's an awful HC. Period.
