Going 1-4 over the previous 5 weeks isn't enough evidence for some sort of coaching change?

Mad that it appears nothing will be done this season regarding the state of our underperforming team.
Why is this the case? I mentioned the owners holding on to their money.
If it isn't finances, why would the front office not show the fans that they are aware of the team's struggles and are working on correcting them? Is it simply that they believe the team has the right people to produce a quality product on the field and that the coaches and players will work it all out eventually?

Good question and I wish I knew the answer.
If I had to guess it’s that Gayle is hands off, the top executives are fat and happy and not at all worried about the product or job security.
