Israel (now broader Mid East discussion)

A nice array of overhead images showing 24 - 5 story (new) apartments that Israel has destroyed while not touching the buildings which adjoining them. I added the comment (new). I will also add that they were identical buildings.

What I see, without seeing them, are tunnels under those apartments. When building new buildings that is the time that it's easy to build tunnels under them, and hide that extra construction as putting in utility pipes and foundation excavations.

I can tell they are new because the ground cover has not grown around them the way it has around the older buildings that the Israeli's didn't utterly destroy.

Now one might think apartments being razed might equal good innocent civilians being killed. How awful.

However If there was a military tunnel complex under them they might not have actually been civilian apartments. It very well could have been a Hamas military base with a large military housing complex , with the base hidden underneath them. A legitimate target during war.
