Dennis Allen: It’s time for the growing pains to “be done with” on offense. (No coaching changes)

This guy is so dejected. He feels or seems to be feeling like a failure. Like it’s hit him lately that man, this is chance number 2 and I have more talent here by a long shot than I did in Oakland and I’m getting the same result.

He just sounds completely dejected. We have known for some time that he has no answers, but I guess it’s finally hit him that he doesn’t know what to do here.
