Dennis Allen: It’s time for the growing pains to “be done with” on offense. (No coaching changes)

Some position coaches don’t become good coordinators and some coordinators don’t become good head coaches, a shame that it’s happening to us but here we are.

Supposedly they do self scouting, a guy who’s as good a DC as him has to know he’d tie Pete in knots if he faced him. Do they not sit down together and watch the tape? Amazing.
