Payton hasn't cut Lutz yet, as the Saints HC, or now as the Broncos HC. Lutz missed a FG and an extra point in the Broncos 1st game this season and they lost by one point, 17-16 to their division rivals, the Raiders. Had Lutz made his kicks in that game they would have won and would now have a 3-4 record instead of 2-5, and would be in contention for a Wildcard Playoff Spot.
