What stood out to me is how the announcers mentioned that Carr spent time communicating with players all week. That he had talked to players more than ever before.
That's a key component we were desperately in need of... A leader on offense and for the team.
I think the fallout from last week's game was a wakeup call and Carr responded by taking on a more leadership role to improve communication and relationships in the locker room.
I think we're seeing some of the effects on that play out on the field.
