Backs are not reaching those types of numbers anymore. Teams won't allow it based on how the contracts are set up. Yes I know Derrick Henry can reach but he's an outlier.
I think AK and CMC will get in the HOF though.
AK won’t have to reach all of those totals during his prime years. I think he’ll be at 8200 rushing, 6k receiving, and 100 total TDs after 2 more RB1 seasons at the end of 2025.
Once Kamara enters the RB2 stage of his career, he could cross the 10k/7k thresholds from receiving volume and situational rushing.
I believe his last 2 or 3 seasons in the league will be as a high usage slot WR and 3rd down back. Short range receiver role could allow him to play until he’s 34 years old because of less bruising from the backfield. That’ll give him a chance to reach 17-18k YFS.
