Daylight Saving Time possibly permanent 11/2023

Where I live about 95% of the kids are getting driven to school by a parent or guardian whether dark or light outside. If that’s the primary reason for switching the time twice a year, it’s a poor argument.
But that’s where you live. And you didn’t read what I typed. I never said anything about that being the reason for switching twice a year. I said it’s what I remember as being the reason the choice would be to stay on daylight savings time permanently vs standard time. Meaning if the decision was made to ditch changing the clock twice a year, the argument would be to stop it while in daylight savings time, for the school safety reasons I mentioned.
