Giants not tagging Gibril Wilson

Gibril is the type of safety the Saints need. Bullocks is a special teamer, Kaesviharn is a nickel safety, and Harper struggled at times. The safety position is a huge need, and if we don't even consider Gibril, I'd be disappointed. He is a straight up football player.
