At what point is execution a coaching problem?

Payton's Saints: Aggressive, Swagger, Disciplined, Creative, Fun.

Allen's Saints: Lackadaisical, Undisciplined, Boring, Unidentifiable, Sporadic.

Loomis needs to make a change after this season. I don't see this improving, because the team is a direct product of the mindset and attitudes of the coaching staff. I do not want to return to my Grandpa's Saints. We've made too much progress under Payton/Brees to return to a 8-9 team that players come to coast and retire.
