Edit, After reviewing the data again, he did have a slightly higher Quarterback Rating in 2022.

Not sure that qualifies as saying he was better last year than in 2021.

You gotta look at things on a "per game" basis because both the Bills and Bengals on had 16 games last season (neither team went back out after the Demar Hamlin situation). The only thing that was better in 2021 was his sack rate.
