Food Expiration Dates

I take the "use by" as just a suggestion. Except with Dairy or Refridgerated products. Most dried and canned goods are perfectly fine well past expiration date.

don't know how accurate this is

supposedly a chart showing how long items are safe to eat after the printed expiration date

If this is accurate it looks like a lot of food waste could be eliminated by changing the expiration dates
